The markets rallied yesterday on the heals of the positive Q3 GDP number. We had called for buying the early pull back, and this turned out to be the right trade as the markets closed up about 2% across the board. This morning, futures are pointing to a lower opening. We believe there will be some early follow through end of month momentum, however, that end of month buying will probably be over by about 1:30-2:00, and after this we could see some profit taking. Our call for today is to buy the early pull back for a trade, but look to close out the long trade positions by early afternoon. On the S&P we should see some good support in the 1060 area, with resistance up at 1072 and 1080. As always, use stops/trailing stops you are comfortable with. Currently, futures are pointing to a lower opening.
