Once again, buying the early pull back worked, as the markets moved higher to close near their highs for the day. This morning, the markets are reacting to several big earnings announcements, which have all mostly come in above expectations. The markets are also reacting to the PPI reading, which came in lower than expected, giving traders fears of deflation once again. Futures had been strongly higher until the PPI reading came out, and are no just slightly higher. Our call for today, be cautious, but look to buy pull backs. Again, until this trade stops working, we go with it. As always, use stops/trailing stops you are comfortable with. Currently, futures are pointing to a higher opening.
