Investigation into Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley CEO James Gorman says he has no knowledge of any U.S. investigation into the firm. The WSJ is reporting that Federal investigators are probing weather Morgan Stanley mislead investors with regards to its mortgage backed derivatives products.
Collateralized debt obligations otherwise known as CDO's have never been a big part of Morgan Stanley's product mix however back in 2007 Morgan Stanley was involved in structuring some of these complex products.
